Job Description
Recruiter managing full-cycle BDM and Sales hiring across Africa and Asia. Supporting Finyard’s global fintech software growth through international talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit
- Coordinate interview stages with hiring managers and keep the process moving
- Maintain a well-organized and healthy recruitment pipeline
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- At least 1 year of experience in international hiring
- Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles
- Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets
- Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Good organizational skills and ownership mindset
- Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher
- Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
- Russian language skills would be a plus
- Fintech experience would be a strong advantage
