Job Description
Caregiver Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring caregivers for clients in the U.S. Requires bilingual skills and a high volume of outreach calls.
Responsibilities:
- Buscar cuidadores a través de bolsas de empleo, redes sociales y referencias
- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y virtuales para evaluar calificaciones
- Verificar certificaciones, licencias, elegibilidad laboral; coordinar verificaciones de antecedentes
- Emparejar cuidadores con clientes según habilidades, disponibilidad y necesidades de cuidado
- Mantener registros actualizados en sistemas ATS/HR
Requirements:
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en reclutamiento de personal para el área de la salud
- Dominio avanzado del inglés (nivel C1), fluido y profesional
- Comodidad para manejar un alto volumen de llamadas (más de 300 llamadas en dos semanas)
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas, atención al detalle y resiliencia para cumplir con los objetivos
