Job Description
Recruiter role in Brazil focusing on modern Recruitment and Selection processes. Conducting interviews online in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Screen resumes/CVs
- Conduct competency-based interviews (online)
- Prepare psychological assessments/reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology (completed or near completion)
- Genuine interest in recruitment and selection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Agility, organizational skills, and autonomy
- Human-centered, critical, and creative approach to people assessment
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Willingness to learn and grow in the organizational field
- Extensive experience is not required — we value professional attitude, curiosity, and commitment.
