Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist overseeing IT recruitment processes. Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring positive candidate experience in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for IT positions, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand technical and business requirements.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates’ technical background, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain continuous communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and maintain accurate candidate and process information within the ATS.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and new recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
  • Proven experience recruiting IT profiles across different seniority levels and technologies.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS platform.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Eagerness to contribute ideas and continuously improve processes.
  • Advanced or Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Previous experience in outsourcing, staffing, or consulting companies is highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for international clients.
  • Knowledge of technical roles and software development methodologies.
  • Experience working with recruitment metrics and reporting.
