Job Description

Health Provider Recruitment Specialist at ICF supporting provider incentive grant applications and procurement tracking activities. Requires 2+ years experience in administration and compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports provider incentive grant applications
  • Provides procurement and compliance tracking activities
  • Assists with application reviews using standard operating procedures and tracking requirements
  • Assists applicants with submission questions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting administrative, procurement, or compliance functions
  • Experience using tracking tools, spreadsheets, CRM/case management systems, Microsoft suite of tools, or similar systems to document application intake and incentive program details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple provider contacts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience providing support to grant applications, including development, intake, enrollment, onboarding, documentation, is preferred
  • Prior experience with healthcare provider programs
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, partner engagement, project management, and problem solving skills
