Job Description
Health Provider Recruitment Specialist at ICF supporting provider incentive grant applications and procurement tracking activities. Requires 2+ years experience in administration and compliance functions.
Responsibilities:
- Supports provider incentive grant applications
- Provides procurement and compliance tracking activities
- Assists with application reviews using standard operating procedures and tracking requirements
- Assists applicants with submission questions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting administrative, procurement, or compliance functions
- Experience using tracking tools, spreadsheets, CRM/case management systems, Microsoft suite of tools, or similar systems to document application intake and incentive program details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple provider contacts and deadlines simultaneously
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience providing support to grant applications, including development, intake, enrollment, onboarding, documentation, is preferred
- Prior experience with healthcare provider programs
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, partner engagement, project management, and problem solving skills
