Job Description
Recruiter supporting high-volume hiring of clinical and non-clinical remote staff for US-based healthcare clients. Engaging healthcare professionals and managing the recruitment process effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates, primarily Registered Nurses (RNs), as well as allied health professionals and healthcare support staff, using: Job boards, Social media platforms, Internal databases, Employee referrals, Direct outreach and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, availability, communication skills, and role fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand: Job requirements, Facility preferences, Placement criteria, Urgency and timelines.
- Coordinate and support interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
- Assist with credentialing, compliance documentation, and onboarding requirements as mandated by US healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity, submissions, and status changes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within US healthcare staffing or remote workforce hiring.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry, including clinical roles, credentials, and compliance expectations.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and talent mapping, with the ability to find hard-to-fill roles.
- Established professional network within healthcare recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
