Job Description

Recruiter scaling Workit Health’s evidence-based addiction telemedicine organization. Managing full-cycle hiring, diverse talent sourcing, and recruiting process optimization across clinical, product, and operations roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation
  • Act as a strategic partner and consultant to hiring managers, providing market insights and structured hiring guidance
  • Develop effective job descriptions and compelling candidate messaging reflecting Workit Health’s mission and voice
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hiring teams on assigned roles
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, and referrals
  • Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and nurture them through the recruitment funnel
  • Utilize ATS tools to manage pipelines and maintain accurate records
  • Support continuous improvement of interview structure, candidate experience, and funnel conversion rates
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time to fill and share data-driven insights with stakeholders
  • Own assigned Talent Acquisition OKRs, including manager training and candidate pipeline development
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and Development

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment capacity within an HR / People Operations team
  • Experience using the Greenhouse application tracking system highly preferred
  • Proven ability to own start-to-finish job requisitions
  • Prior experience recruiting for a variety of functions, including clinical, technical, and/or operational roles
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
  • Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and a high level of accountability
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and scaling processes in a dynamic, evolving environment
