Job Description
Recruiter for high-volume roles at Honeydew, enhancing dermatology access through innovative solutions. Partnering with teams to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for several open positions simultaneously, often filling the same roles repeatedly across different teams or locations
- Partner with hiring managers through structured intake meetings to understand role requirements and team needs
- Coordinate and run calibration sessions to ensure consistent candidate evaluation across interviewers
- Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby from application through offer acceptance
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization
- Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using data and insights from previous searches to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in volume recruiting environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions at once and experience filling the same role repeatedly
- Experience using Ashby or similar ATS platforms to manage recruiting workflows efficiently
- Strong project management skills with experience leading or assisting in intake meetings and calibration sessions
- Process-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying ways to streamline recruiting operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
