Job Description
Recrutador remoto conduzindo triagem, entrevistas e busca ativa para a RHF Talentos, consultoria brasileira de recursos humanos. Gestão de vagas em Sergipe via ATS.
Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes, invite candidates, and conduct interviews
- Post job opportunities on LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal systems
- Operate the Pandapé applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize the recruitment workflow
- Hold briefing meetings with hiring managers to understand the technical and behavioral requirements of each position
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with candidates throughout all stages of the process
- Provide positive or negative feedback to candidates
- Proactively source professionals in the market for hard-to-fill positions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of ATS platforms; experience with Pandapé is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proactivity
- Availability to work during regular business hours
- Own laptop or computer with Internet access
- High school education listed in the education section
- Independent contractor (PJ)
