Job Description
Remote Recruiter conducting sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate communication for RHF Talentos, Brazil’s nationwide human resources consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes, invite candidates, and conduct interviews
- Post job openings across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal systems
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Pandapé, to organize and manage the recruitment process stages
- Hold briefing meetings with hiring managers to understand the technical and behavioral requirements of each position
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with candidates throughout every stage, ensuring that positive or negative feedback is provided
- Proactively source professionals in the market for hard-to-fill positions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Pandapé is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proactivity
- Availability to work during standard business hours
- Own laptop or computer with Internet access
- High school education listed in the education section
