Job Description
Recruitment Intern supporting REAP HR’s UAE recruitment consultancy through remote candidate sourcing, screening, outreach, and interview coordination. Performance-based internship with structured training and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and online channels
- Screen CVs against job requirements
- Shortlist suitable candidates
- Maintain candidate records and updates in the recruitment system
- Conduct initial candidate outreach via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain job roles, salary ranges, location, and hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain professional and ethical communication
- Update candidate status accurately
- Share daily activity updates
- Support interview scheduling and documentation
- Follow internal SOPs, timelines, and confidentiality standards
- Complete remote training and live recruitment assignments under supervision
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or final-year university students
- Comfortable working remotely from home
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Willing to learn recruitment as a profession
- Self-disciplined and accountable
- Training includes recruitment fundamentals and lifecycle, job description analysis, candidate sourcing and screening techniques, professional recruiter communication, ethical hiring and UAE recruitment basics, and ATS/CRM usage and reporting
