Job Description

Recruitment Marketing Manager leading multi-channel talent attraction campaigns for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. Advising clients, optimizing employer brands, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes across UK and European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead recruitment marketing strategies aligned to RPO client workforce planning and talent acquisition goals
  • Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to identify attraction challenges and recommend effective solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment marketing trends, candidate behavior, media channels, and employer branding best practices
  • Translate hiring objectives into scalable attraction strategies across talent segments, geographies, and business functions
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion throughout the talent acquisition funnel
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, hiring leaders, recruiters, and cross-functional partners
  • Contribute to Annual Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, including presenting recruitment marketing performance
  • Lead stakeholder discussions and presentations, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and client marketing and communications teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment marketing and advertising initiatives from strategy development through execution, optimization, and performance reporting
  • Manage multiple recruitment marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Recommend and implement media and marketing channel strategies across social media, search marketing, programmatic advertising, display advertising, video and streaming media, talent pool engagement, and employer branding campaigns
  • Partner with internal creative and media teams to develop candidate attraction content and messaging
  • Manage and optimize recruitment marketing investments, campaign spend, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Provide financial insights and performance reporting
  • Support knowledge sharing, process improvement, innovation projects, capability development, and sales pursuits
  • Stay current on recruitment marketing technologies, media trends, digital tools, and talent attraction strategies
  • Evaluate new channels, platforms, and approaches to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experiences
  • Support innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction, employer branding, digital marketing, talent acquisition, or related fields
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and client relationship skills
  • Experience interpreting data, analytics, and labor market insights to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Up to 10% travel or as required
  • Preferred: 3+ years of marketing experience supporting multiple countries, regions, or global client portfolios
  • Preferred: Knowledge of recruitment technologies, CRM platforms, ATS ecosystems, and digital advertising tools
  • Preferred: Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent digital marketing certifications
  • Preferred: Experience managing recruitment marketing budgets and media investments
  • Preferred: Additional language capabilities
