Job Description

Regional Account Manager coordinating client portfolios, business plans, financials, and service delivery for BCD Travel across Asia Pacific. Managing regional relationships and travel program performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned aspects of regional client portfolios, including client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, business consolidation, product and service sales, financials, business planning, and reviews
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers
  • Coordinate regional communications across BCD Travel and client global initiatives
  • Work with National Account Managers on regional business plans and initiatives
  • Develop business plans, implement key deliverables, and measure results
  • Measure and report regional service, financial, MIS/CDS, program performance, technology, and communication indicators
  • Assist with regional budgets and financials, including billing, payment, and profitability
  • Build key regional relationships and manage relationship mapping
  • Support regional negotiations and measure performance
  • Ensure regional service delivery in collaboration with Operations counterparts

Requirements:

  • Prior travel industry experience in an account management role
  • Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology
  • Experience implementing and managing large market/regional clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis
