Job Description

Channel Account Manager expanding Arctic Wolf's cybersecurity partner network in Norway. Driving partner enablement, pipeline growth, sales forecasting, and revenue targets across the Norwegian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders across assigned Select Partner accounts
  • Drive partner performance and long-term business growth
  • Develop and execute partner business, enablement, and training plans with joint performance objectives, business priorities, and certification milestones
  • Coordinate internal Sales, Support, Services, and Leadership teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience
  • Own pipeline management and sales forecasting, maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce, and drive opportunities through to close
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, sales quotas, and strategic growth objectives within the assigned territory
  • Drive adoption and sales of new technologies and solutions across the partner ecosystem
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new qualifying partners
  • Manage channel alignment through proactive communication and adherence to Arctic Wolf's channel program guidelines
  • Drive Arctic Wolf's growth in Norway by building, enabling, and expanding partner relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Channel Account Manager (CAM) role
  • Proven track record of success in channel sales and partner development
  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales and territory management within the networking, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors
  • Experience developing and executing business and marketing plans in collaboration with partners
  • Solid understanding of and experience working within a distribution channel sales model
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, pipeline management, and closing business
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving partner and business success
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
  • Background checks are required for this position
  • Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations, if applicable
