Job Description

Radio Pharma Territory Manager selling PET radiotracers to hospitals and imaging centers. Growing PETCT imaging adoption across the Sacramento-area territory for Siemens Healthineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and contract PET radiotracers to hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, and mobile vendors
  • Increase and maintain market share
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas by working with C-level executives, purchasing departments, GPOs, and decision makers
  • Demonstrate and implement company value propositions for products and services
  • Manage relationships and activities with Contract Manufacturing Organizations to support product delivery and adoption
  • Manage customer relationships through market updates and problem solving
  • Work internally with operations and scheduling teams to support a positive customer experience
  • Grow PETCT imaging by educating customers, referring physicians, and imagers on appropriate utilization
  • Manage the customer base for markets supported by local PET Radio-Pharmacies

Requirements:

  • Healthcare sales and contracting experience into the Hospital and Outpatient Imaging
  • CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologists) or ARRT (America Registry of Radiology Technologists) with relevant clinical experience
  • Good PC skills, including MS Office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in the customer environment
  • Ability to work, analyze, and drive results with an interdisciplinary team on an operational level
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
  • Flexibility with work schedule to meet business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in radio-pharmaceutical or Radiology/Nuclear Medicine sales or equivalent experience within the field
  • Position requires 60% travel; candidate should live within the area
  • Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to work within a cross-functional team in an influential manner
  • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
