Job Description

Senior Account Manager owning enterprise retail marketplace strategy and growth for Acadia, a modern media and growth agency. Managing Amazon and Walmart client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage the assigned client book and define roadmaps to reach set goals
  • Report on performance, including trends, tactics implemented, and next steps
  • Outline priority action items for delegation
  • Meet with direct reports to discuss priorities and support challenges or roadblocks
  • Mentor Specialists and Junior Account Managers
  • Act as a Navigator (peer buddy) for new Account Manager hires
  • Drive measurable top-line growth, client retention, and satisfaction
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for client relationship management
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices for client education and company thought leadership
  • Contribute to collaborative team, department, and company calls

Requirements:

  • Expert project delivery and strategy across Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon International, and Walmart
  • Expert in clear and timely written and verbal communication, internally and client-facing
  • Dependable and timely completion of work in line with task and project deadlines
  • Cross-functional team management, including coaching, empowering, and delegating tasks
  • Expert high-quality delivery incorporating Acadia best practices and industry expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others, including navigating challenges and obstacles
  • Expert strategic creation and coordination of client strategy tied to client goals, benchmarks, and targets
  • Ability to identify and communicate big-picture trends across marketplaces, categories, and industries
  • Ability to prepare, plan, and lead client calls with clear agendas
  • Mentoring and support of new Account Manager hires, including strategic best practices and quality control
