Job Description
DEXIS clinical training specialist delivering digital dental imaging education to dental customers. Supporting product implementation, escalations, and billable training across Southern California.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital imaging products to customers in clinical settings
- Provide training on imaging software and related technology
- Serve as a source for training escalations within the territory
- Partner with internal and external teams to assist customers with clinical needs
- Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products
- Report and maintain documentation on completed trainings
- Review and follow up on completed surveys to ensure clinical training meets stakeholder needs
- Investigate and serve as the initial escalation point for clinical training issues
- Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products
- Conduct billable clinical training sessions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of future training opportunities through customer outreach, needs analysis, and relationship management
- Attend tradeshows and educational events for clinical representation and assistance
- Manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Interact with functional departments, customers, and key experts
- Travel throughout Southern California, the Central Coast, Bakersfield, and desert areas including Riverside and Palm Springs
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses
- 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing position
- Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Must live within the geographic area of Seattle, WA or surrounding areas
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize, plan, and execute
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work non-standard hours and travel on weekends when necessary
- Willingness to travel up to 75% as dictated by business needs
- Obtain and maintain certification on supported products
- Preferred: 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of training experience within a clinical setting
- Preferred: experience selling within a commercial space
- Preferred: Radiation Safety certification
- Preferred: demonstrated ability to work independently
- Preferred: advanced knowledge of radiology
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Preferred: advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
