Job Description

Sales manager position analyzing customer needs and maintaining relationships in the energy sector. Requires experience in sales, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting & Sales – You analyze individual needs and persuade customers with our product range.
  • Customer base management – You maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
  • New customer acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base.
  • Competitive analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify competitive opportunities and risks.
  • Participation in trade and industry fairs – You represent Hoyer at trade shows and build valuable contacts.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience – You have a proven track record in sales and know how to win customers.
  • Education – Ideally, you have completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent.
  • Technical understanding – You are comfortable with technical topics and can explain complex issues clearly.
  • Mobility & flexibility – You travel frequently and enjoy maintaining personal relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills – You impress with your presence and confident manner.
  • Independent working style – You appreciate working autonomously and have a focus on what matters.
