Job Description
Sales manager in field service for Hoyer's southern/eastern Brandenburg region. Focusing on customer consulting, sales, and relationship management with a flexible working model.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting & Sales – You analyze individual needs and convince customers with our product range.
- Customer Base Management – You maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
- New Customer Acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base.
- Competitive Analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks in the competitive landscape.
- Participation in Trade and Leadership Fairs – You represent Hoyer at trade shows and build valuable contacts.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience – You have a proven track record in sales and know how to win customers.
- Education – Ideally, you have completed commercial/business training.
- Technical Understanding – You are comfortable with technology and can explain complex issues in a clear and accessible way.
- Mobility & Flexibility – You travel frequently and enjoy cultivating personal relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong Communication & Persuasiveness – You inspire with your presence and confident manner.
- Independent Working Style – You value working autonomously and have a good sense for what matters.
- German Language Skills – You have business-fluent German, both written and spoken, to communicate professionally with partners and colleagues.
