Job Description
Regional Manager fostering relationships with school administrators and teachers to enhance SkillsUSA Texas programs. Developing training materials and implementing regional strategies for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Foster new relationships with school administrators and teachers
- Develop training in curriculum and instructional materials
- Create onboarding processes for new schools and chapters
- Implement local and regional strategies for SkillsUSA Texas growth
- Build key partnerships with stakeholders
- Coordinates district registrations and supplies
- Oversee district competitions and training for district coordinators
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in education
- Bachelor’s degree related to the field
- Prior SkillsUSA work history recommended
- Experience in career and technical education (CTE) classroom
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with technology (ZOOM, Quickbooks, etc.)
- Ability to design and edit graphic presentations
- Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills in cloud-based environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Proven high professional and ethical standards
- Excellent organizational skills
