Job Description

Regional manager training automotive dealerships and driving F&I product sales for Safe-Guard’s protection-products platform. Supporting OEM partners, dealer profitability, compliance, and sales growth across the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with key partners and clients to meet defined goals and strategic results
  • Build and conduct customized training programs for OEM automakers and dealership networks
  • Use the Safe-Guard Training platform as a strategic differentiator and value-added product/service
  • Represent Safe-Guard at industry events, conferences, and publications
  • Partner with the Sales Management Team to maximize sales revenue
  • Enhance programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling mastery, and objection handling
  • Conduct regional and dealership training seminars to increase dealer profitability and product sales penetration
  • Develop and use manager- and company-approved training and marketing materials
  • Assist dealers with compliance through best-practice reviews and ongoing training
  • Market and facilitate dealer participation in F&I certification and training classes
  • Educate and train applicable departments and personnel on Safe-Guard product features, benefits, and value
  • Implement action plans to increase sales of Safe-Guard products and services
  • Develop key-partner relationships and win/win strategies to improve productivity

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of automotive retail-related management (F&I, Sales Mgr, GSM, GM, Training Specialist)
  • 2+ years of F&I specific experience (may be included in 6+ years above)
  • Extensive menu selling knowledge/experience
  • Proficient in selling current F&I product suite portfolio
  • Experienced in account development with sustained results
  • Experienced in hands-on development training of dealership personnel and/or "train the trainer" in-store development
  • Bachelors Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, preferred
  • Excellent communications and public speaking skills
  • Proven history of success in developing innovative programs through execution of established conversion methods
  • Must be willing to travel at least 75%
