Job Description

Regional Sales Director selling Classiq’s quantum-computing platform to enterprise, government, and research organizations. Building Eastern European market strategy and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full deal life cycle from prospecting net new accounts through contract closure
  • Navigate buying organizations including Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation/R&D, procurement, and C-suite economic buyers
  • Lead executive-level discovery to surface business problems quantum computing can address
  • Run focused, multi-stakeholder sales processes, typically with 3–6 month cycles
  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal stakeholders
  • Express the Classiq value proposition and position the company as a long-term strategic partner
  • Structure deals for expansion from day one
  • Contribute to territory strategy, vertical messaging, and competitive strategy
  • Represent Classiq at regional quantum events and vertical-specific conferences
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline with rigorous qualification discipline
  • Engage with government initiatives, industry partners, and leading research organizations
  • Influence regional go-to-market strategy and help establish Classiq's expansion in Eastern Europe

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales experience
  • Track record of winning $200K+ ACV deals
  • Experience selling deep tech SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Demonstrated successful selling into Fortune 500 enterprises, with specific named logos and numbers you can reference
  • Experience selling in an emerging or pre-mainstream category where you had to create buyer understanding
  • Ability to sell to technical buyers, engineers, scientists, or PhD-level decision-makers without losing credibility
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving technical champions and VP/C-suite economic buyers
  • Comfort operating with a fast-evolving playbook
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort within a highly agile and fast-moving startup environment
  • Fluent in English, and fluent in either Polish or Romanian (both written and spoken)
  • Technical degree and MBA preferred
  • Deep familiarity with at least one target vertical: chemicals & materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, or aerospace & defense
  • Prior experience carrying a quota north of $2M ARR with documented attainment history
  • Background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure during its pre-mainstream phase
