Job Description

Regional Sales Director managing sales for ERP multi-cloud solutions at Syntax. Driving growth and strategic partnerships in North America for enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales growth for ERP services integrated with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)
  • Identify and develop new enterprise accounts; nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Partner with cloud hyperscalers and ERP technology vendors to co-sell/co-market solutions
  • Lead complex sales cycles from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with pre-sales solution architects to design tailored proposals and strategic value propositions
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline, and sales reporting for the region
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ERP/cloud market trends, competitive landscape, and innovation areas
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner sessions

Requirements:

  • Experience in enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record in ERP or cloud services
  • Strong knowledge of at least two public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and enterprise value propositions
  • Expertise in selling complex services and solutions to C-level executives
  • Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding multi-million-dollar annual quotas
  • Proven ability to lead territory strategy and grow revenue
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing partner relationships with cloud providers and ERP vendors
