Job Description
Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving growth in fleet accounts through sales strategies and territory management. Collaborating internally to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new fleet customers and growing fuel volume.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and convert high-potential fleet prospects.
- Actively prospect in the field, visiting store sites, and networking locally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all fleet accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Circle K Fuel and Field Operations teams to identify local opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to close high-value opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain sales records.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in fleet, fuel, transportation, or related industries.
- Entrepreneur mentality.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (up to 50%).
