Job Description

Regional Sales Manager driving sales growth in automation and robotics in Mid-West USA. Responsible for sales strategy, distributor management, and key account relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • You will own all aspects of sales growth in your territory.
  • Balance channel development with direct end-user engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and new customer acquisition plans.
  • Collaborate across commercial teams to drive new revenue growth.
  • Drive opportunities from first contact to repeat sales through consistent follow-ups.
  • Develop and manage distributor partners by recruiting, training, and supporting their sales teams.
  • Build joint sales plans, set objectives and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, upsell, and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision makers and influencers at accounts.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close turnkey palletizing projects from scoping to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial or electrical) or related field, an asset;
  • Significant experience in technical solution sales, acquired in automation, robotics, or industrial equipment;
  • Demonstrated experience in both direct sales and channel management;
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets, with success in both new account acquisition and expansion of existing accounts;
  • Highly motivated self-starter (entrepreneurial skillset) with ownership and accountability of results;
  • Strong technical and business acumen; able to present and sell value to both engineers and executives;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, CRM Software, ERP, Software, Automation and Robotics technology - e.g. UR Caps, Polyscope, etc.
  • Languages : English complete professional proficiency and capacity to adapt to targeted audience.
