Job Description

Regional Talent Acquisition Manager developing recruitment strategies for Telecare’s behavioral-health services. Leading sourcing, selection, and hiring support across the Inland Empire region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional talent attraction and recruitment strategies for all Telecare hiring needs across a region
  • Maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship into the Regional VP Operations
  • Function as part of the Regional VP Operations leadership team
  • Ensure regional hiring needs are supported
  • Deploy proactive recruitment and attraction strategies
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls
  • Source passive candidates
  • Implement additional strategies to provide slates of qualified candidates for all hiring needs
  • Develop recruitment strategies and provide data to quantify recruiting progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a recruiter
  • At least two years’ experience managing people
  • B.S./B.A. degree in Human Resources or a related field, or combination of relevant education and experience
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge and experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies
  • Experience providing data to quantify recruiting progress
  • Experience planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Experience implementing additional strategies to provide slates of qualified candidates to support all hiring needs
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of applicable post-offer physical examination
  • Successful completion of 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis
  • Acceptable criminal background clearances
  • Acceptable excluded party sanctions clearance
  • Degree or license verification
  • Must be based in PST or MT
