Job Description

PMO Manager ensuring quality and governance in the TAP platform for energy solutions. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to manage requirements and changes throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility for requirements and change requests for the TAP platform
  • Actively engage with, advise, and coordinate platform users
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and transparency across requirements and change management processes
  • Coordinate impact, risk, and feasibility analyses
  • Ownership of the requirements and change portfolio
  • Lead, facilitate, and document the Change Advisory Board (CAB)

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in requirements and change management for complex IT or SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of ITIL 4 and of requirements and change processes
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
  • High communication, facilitation, and decision-making competence
  • Clear business focus; ideally experience in the energy sector
  • Excellent written and spoken German; English is a plus
