Job Description

Cohort & Capability Transition Manager managing transitions for IHS EHRM program. Collaborating with internal teams to execute process improvements and ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth transition to Sustainment for incoming PATH EHR cohorts and new capabilities
  • Partner with other workstreams to effectively plan for and execute transitions
  • Identify, propose, and execute process improvements
  • Serve in a consultative capacity as a subject matter expert
  • Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of contract program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing day-to-day operations within a program or project environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Training, education, or hands-on experience in task coordination
  • Experience proposing and executing operational improvements to existing projects/programs
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
