Job Description

Residential Sales Executive leading brand growth and relationships for Residential product lines at Stego. Collaborating with teams and developing strategic plans in the West Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Residential & Retail Support Director to identify, develop, and implement strategic plans
  • Ensure internal cross-collaboration and utilization of Company resources
  • Lead the achievement of Residential brand goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for key and high-value customers
  • Lead customer nurturing and brand acceptance efforts
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and regional Residential Sales personnel
  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Track, forecast, and report on key market developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
  • 3+ years of sales experience (required)
  • Demonstrated track record of meaningfully contributing to profitability and market share growth (required)
  • Construction, manufacturing, homebuilder, crawl space, insulation, or technical experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (strongly preferred)
