Job Description
Residential Sales Executive leading brand growth and relationships for Residential product lines at Stego. Collaborating with teams and developing strategic plans in the West Region.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Residential & Retail Support Director to identify, develop, and implement strategic plans
- Ensure internal cross-collaboration and utilization of Company resources
- Lead the achievement of Residential brand goals and objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key and high-value customers
- Lead customer nurturing and brand acceptance efforts
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and regional Residential Sales personnel
- Develop, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Track, forecast, and report on key market developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- 3+ years of sales experience (required)
- Demonstrated track record of meaningfully contributing to profitability and market share growth (required)
- Construction, manufacturing, homebuilder, crawl space, insulation, or technical experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (strongly preferred)
