Job Description

Revenue Cycle Manager optimizing reimbursement, claims, denials, and cash realization for GT Independence’s home and community-based care services. Leading Claims Leaders across a multi-state operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end regional revenue performance from enrollment through payment
  • Drive reimbursement optimization, cash acceleration, first-pass resolution, denial reduction, and authorization-to-payment cycle-time improvement
  • Lead accounts receivable strategy to reduce aged receivables and prevent revenue leakage
  • Ensure compliance with state contract revenue requirements
  • Lead payer escalations and recurring performance reviews
  • Identify denial trends and systemic reimbursement risks
  • Coordinate cross-functional strategies to remove barriers to payment
  • Develop and manage regional revenue forecasts
  • Improve forecast accuracy through monitoring and variance analysis
  • Establish standardized revenue governance and reporting across regions
  • Partner with Finance on margin expansion initiatives
  • Integrate Enrollment, Authorizations, Billing, Claims, and AR into a cohesive workflow
  • Eliminate process breakdowns that delay reimbursement
  • Lead revenue performance reviews and corrective-action planning
  • Develop and maintain a standardized revenue-cycle playbook
  • Lead and develop Claims Leaders with clear expectations and accountability
  • Oversee claims production through Claims Leaders
  • Promote operational discipline, continuous improvement, and standardized practices

Requirements:

  • 7 or more years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success improving accounts receivable performance and managing denial-reduction strategies
  • Experience leading multi-level teams in a complex, multi-state environment
  • Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability
  • Experience in government-funded or regulated reimbursement environments (preferred)
  • Experience scaling revenue operations in high-growth organizations (preferred)
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI (preferred)
