Job Description
Revenue Cycle Training Specialist developing and deploying training programs for healthcare organizations. Training staff in Revenue Cycle areas including Patient Financial Services and Patient Access to enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Serve in an instrumental role building and deploying Huron’s Revenue Cycle training offering
- Conduct training and classroom-based coaching both onsite and in virtual environments
- Provide training across several Revenue Cycle areas including Patient Financial Services and Patient Access
- Continually identify training needs and define appropriate training solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in delivering workforce educational training programs, and development of course curriculum
- Epic experience required
- Ability to facilitate instructor led training courses
