Job Description
Training Coordinator responsible for coordinating training operations for GE Vernova's Field Services team. Ensures training compliance, scheduling, and logistics management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trainer schedules, availability, and capacity
- Support wind-specific training needs for GE Vernova and third-party technicians
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date training calendar
- Enter and manage forecast data from multiple business units
- Prepare training offers, billing information, and supporting documentation
- Provide reliable administrative support, including documentation control
- Manage high-volume weekly logistics for training programmes
Requirements:
- Highly organised and proactive training coordinator
- Strong administrative capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience supporting training operations in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Solid background in administration and coordination
- Ability to manage high volumes of scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communication
- Comfortable following robust processes while also using initiative to solve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to learn LMS and tracking tools with provided training
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
