Job Description

Talent Development Senior Analyst driving operational excellence in Talent Development programs and initiatives. Manage workflows, participant processes, and support project management using Asana and Slack.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage core operational workflows supporting Talent Development programs
  • Manage enrollment, participant tracking, communications, and documentation across multiple initiatives
  • Maintain and update systems related to career paths, learning records, and program tracking
  • Support the documentation, version control, and system updates for leveling guides and career path frameworks
  • Develop and manage communications templates and standardized assets for program launches and updates
  • Ensure operational readiness for program delivery
  • Provide onsite support for in-person learning programs
  • Support the project management of Talent Development initiatives using tools such as Asana and Slack
  • Identify risks, gaps, or delays and proactively escalate or propose solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, talent development/learning, HR, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience using project management tools and collaboration platforms
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, AI and reporting tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
