Job Description
Revenue Enablement Manager scaling AI-powered sales enablement, coaching, and sales methodologies. Supporting Ping Identity’s secure cloud identity and access management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead high-impact field enablement initiatives across the global sales field
- Build, release, and iterate enablement programs and resources for evolving field needs
- Align enablement initiatives with revenue goals and secure organizational buy-in
- Equip sellers to conduct effective discovery and articulate differentiated customer value
- Design and facilitate immersive, scenario-based workshops and on-demand learning
- Implement and lead adoption of AI-powered platforms and coaching tools
- Operationalize sales standards through training and reinforcement on playbooks, MEDDPPICC, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Manage the enablement content lifecycle, including platform feature requests, bug tracking, and platform architecture design
- Define measurement requirements and integrate them into measurement mechanisms, dashboards, reporting, Glean, and AI agents
- Lead cross-functional alignment and provide bi-weekly reporting updates to stakeholders
- Own Enablement Content Management and serve as the main point of contact for the enablement platform
- Advocate for tooling enhancements in content accessibility, search optimization, and design
- Manage field feedback loops and ensure the enablement tech stack supports evolving everboarding needs
- Develop and integrate AI-first content frameworks
- Leverage AI tools and SalesHood features to improve learning design and content delivery
- Manage and prioritize training requests from the field
- Analyze field feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Deliver rolling, point-in-time, and on-demand learning experiences for strategic programs
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in sales, revenue, or GTM enablement, including experience building or significantly rebuilding a program
- Experience prioritizing and delivering enablement that drives business impact, such as seller contribution, revenue growth, pipeline generation, and productivity
- Deep expertise in operationalizing enterprise B2B sales methodologies, such as MEDDPPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or similar, through CRM workflows, playbooks, and coaching tools
- Experience leveraging AI-driven enablement technology, such as Gong, Chorus, Spotlight, MindTickle, Hyperbound, SalesHood, Highspot, or Showpad
- Hands-on fluency with LMS/content platforms, conversation intelligence, AI-native GTM tools, and enterprise AI assistants such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership and lead large-scale change management initiatives
- Comfortable defining charter and structure where none exists yet and being judged on adoption and business metrics
- Familiarity with sales learner technologies and Ping’s stack or equivalents, including Spotlight.ai, SalesHood, Highspot, Showpad, Chorus, Gong, Glean, Synthesia, Articulate, Camtasia, and AI learning models (preferred)
- Experience correlating enablement programs, learning paths, certifications, and AI role plays directly to field performance data to prove ROI (preferred)
