Job Description

Revenue enablement manager scaling programs, seller certifications, and AI workflows for Cohere’s enterprise AI products across EMEA. Driving sales productivity, coaching, and measurable go-to-market impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring Cohere's enablement strategy to life for field teams in EMEA
  • Own enablement programs from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to align go-to-market priorities
  • Embed enablement into every stage of the sales lifecycle
  • Create and curate playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts, and certification programs for Cohere's solutions
  • Establish KPIs such as win rates and sales cycle efficiency, and use analytics to refine initiatives and prove ROI
  • Operationalize MEDDPICC methodology through deal reviews, coaching, and planning
  • Build certification paths to accelerate new seller productivity across regions and cultures
  • Maintain and evolve the enablement content platform for global adoption
  • Identify automation opportunities and develop practical AI workflows to improve team output
  • Work directly with field leadership on joint calls, deal coaching, and in-market visits
  • Translate field insights into updated content, playbooks, and qualification guides
  • Keep sellers current on product lineup, competitive positioning, and use-case narratives
  • Balance live training, program management, and strategic planning across time zones
  • Measure program impact, including ramp time, win rates, pipeline generation, and deal velocity, and report to leadership
  • Report to the Head of Sales Enablement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, revenue operations, or related GTM role
  • B2B SaaS/technology experience preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-region sales organizations with cultural and time-zone awareness
  • Proven ability to design and ship programs from scratch
  • AI fluency with a track record of scaling enablement using AI tools
  • Field-oriented approach with experience in direct deal reviews and coaching
  • Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • Mastery of CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Clear communication across all levels, from representatives to leadership
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts such as RAG, model selection, and competitive differentiation is a nice-to-have
  • Enterprise software sales experience is a nice-to-have
  • Sales enablement/instructional design certification is a nice-to-have
  • Hyper-growth enablement scaling experience is a nice-to-have
  • Additional regional languages are a nice-to-have
