Job Description
Revenue Operations Analyst at Workleap optimizing growth acquisition strategies using data and AI. Collaborate across teams to enhance pipeline quality and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain full-funnel visibility from Lead → MQL → SQL → Closed Won;
- Implement lead scoring, prioritization, and lifecycle automation in HubSpot;
- Develop predictive indicators for deal risk and win probability;
- Reduce manual reporting by building automated dashboards;
- Support scalable growth through territory planning and CRM governance;
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and CX teams to improve pipeline quality.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in B2B SaaS;
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, automation, properties, reporting);
- Experience analyzing funnel metrics and building forecasting models;
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage;
- Comfortable working with data models, segmentation logic, and performance analysis;
- Interest in automation and AI applications in revenue operations;
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing stakeholders;
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong process discipline.
