Job Description
Revenue Operations Lead driving cross-functional revenue initiatives in a fast-growing healthcare marketplace startup. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build segmentation frameworks to identify pipeline and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and AM to operationalize targeted campaigns
- Design and implement productivity and workflow improvements
- Translate leadership decisions into executable workstreams
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure follow-through
- Support quota modeling and in-year revenue planning
- Partner with Finance and Analytics on forecasting and variance analysis
- Validate commission logic and operational accuracy
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in revenue performance
- Improve CRM data quality and governance frameworks
- Partner with Systems on enrichment, deduplication, and tooling improvements
- Identify high-leverage opportunities to deploy AI across GTM workflows
- Measure impact and iterate on new operational programs
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6-10+ years in RevOps, BizOps, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or similar
- Strong Excel/modeling skills (SQL a plus)
- Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Understanding of sales motions (SMB / Enterprise preferred)
- Curious, humble, and execution-oriented
