Job Description

Revenue Systems Enablement Specialist ensuring internal software systems are effectively used across the organization. Working collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to drive productivity and business alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between end users and the Systems team
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and learning resources for new and existing features.
  • Monitor system usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather user feedback to guide enhancements, simplify workflows, and improve the end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand their processes and align system functionality with business goals.
  • Partner with technical teams to pilot, document, and launch new capabilities.
  • Develop and execute change management plans for new system features or process updates.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, business systems, or CRM/ERP enablement.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and ERP platforms (NetSuite or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical processes into clear, user-friendly language.
  • Experience with AI Agent platforms
  • Experience developing and delivering training, workshops, or documentation for system users.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to assess adoption and identify areas for improvement.
