Job Description

RevOps & CRM Lead at Vestd optimizing revenue operations and CRM architecture using cutting-edge technologies. Collaborating cross-functionally and driving innovation with focus on business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise CRM (HubSpot) architecture, including lifecycle stages, pipelines (New / Renewal / Expansion), and core field governance.
  • Review and build upon automation across the funnel (lead routing, scoring, workflows, lead identification & enrichment).
  • Integrate GTM tools (Sales engagement, CS tools, billing, analytics).
  • Ensure all systems are being leveraged to achieve maximum value.
  • Work closely with Analytics to inform the building of dashboards for Business Units and the Revenue team.
  • Ensure high data hygiene and standardised definitions across teams.
  • Create forecasting models and pipeline analytics for leadership.
  • Map and optimise end-to-end revenue processes for the entire lifecycle.
  • Implement SLAs, handovers, qualification frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the broader Revenue team and the Business Units to understand needs.
  • Provide insights, tooling, and workflows that improve performance.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering on integrations and data flows.

Requirements:

  • 4-7+ years RevOps or GTM systems experience
  • Strong CRM administration + automation skills with deep Hubspot expertise
  • Able to build AI automation workflows (via n8n / other)
  • Deep understanding of SaaS funnel metrics and revenue modelling
  • Knowledge of using and connecting attribution tools (e.g. Dreamdata)
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, HubSpot Reports)
  • Ability to translate business needs into repeatable technical solutions
  • Ability to work across and influence diverse teams
  • An ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
