Job Description

RVP of Sales at OX Security responsible for leading growth across the EMEA region and managing high-performing sales teams. Driving strategic deals and shaping regional go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-caliber EMEA team consisting of Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
  • Develop and execute a tailored EMEA sales strategy that accounts for regional market nuances and drives aggressive market share.
  • Actively lead and close high-stakes enterprise deals across the region, demonstrating "leadership from the front."
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of pipeline health and provide accurate forecasting for the EMEA territory to the global executive team.
  • Build and strengthen regional channel partnerships and alliances to accelerate OX’s reach across key EMEA markets.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CS to ensure regional requirements are reflected in the global product roadmap and GTM strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing B2B SaaS Cybersecurity sales teams.
  • Expert Closer: A proven track record of success as an individual contributor, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
  • Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape (Experience in AppSec/DevSecOps is a significant plus).
  • EMEA Market Savvy: Proven experience selling into and managing teams across diverse EMEA markets (e.g., UKI, DACH, Nordics, France).
  • Operational Excellence: Strong coaching, communication, and leadership abilities, with a systematic approach to sales frameworks.
  • Startup Resilience: Thrives in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments and is comfortable "rolling up sleeves" to get the job done.
