Job Description

Sales Coordinator acting as a hub between sales and customers for Latin America. Responsible for preparing presentations and proposals while supporting market development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the central hub between sales and customers by providing sales support
  • Compiling and preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed
  • Researching and preparing market reports on market segments in Latin America
  • Assisting the VP Business Development on market development strategies
  • Preparing presentations and sales packages for clients
  • Proactive lead generation through market research
  • Inputting and extracting information from a CRM system
  • Supporting sales personnel at trade shows and conferences as required
  • Traveling to client sites or other venues as required

Requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) such as In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Experience working on contracts, proposals and/or presentations is an asset
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English required. Spanish would be an asset
