Job Description
Sales Coordinator acting as a hub between sales and customers for Latin America. Responsible for preparing presentations and proposals while supporting market development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the central hub between sales and customers by providing sales support
- Compiling and preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed
- Researching and preparing market reports on market segments in Latin America
- Assisting the VP Business Development on market development strategies
- Preparing presentations and sales packages for clients
- Proactive lead generation through market research
- Inputting and extracting information from a CRM system
- Supporting sales personnel at trade shows and conferences as required
- Traveling to client sites or other venues as required
Requirements:
- University degree in business, marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) such as In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Proven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience working on contracts, proposals and/or presentations is an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset
- Fluent in Portuguese and English required. Spanish would be an asset
