Job Description

Sales Development Representative joining a social media management platform. Engaging with high-profile brands for strategic business development without cold calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Own deep account research and targeting.
  • Identify high potential accounts using data and market signals.
  • Conduct research on companies, stakeholders, and industry trends that actually matters.
  • Map buying groups and uncover key decision makers.
  • Monitor triggers like funding rounds, hiring trends, product launches, and ad spend.
  • Translate signals into timely, relevant outreach strategies.
  • Craft highly tailored emails and LinkedIn sequences that get responses.
  • Develop hypotheses on customer pain points and align messaging accordingly.
  • Partner with Account Executives to refine account strategies.
  • Provide rich context and insights ahead of meetings.
  • Track outreach performance and iterate based on results.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years in BDR or SDR roles in SaaS, Social Media, or Marketing Technology.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot.
  • High attention to detail and curiosity.
  • You believe outbound should be relevant, not disruptive.
  • You enjoy connecting dots more than dialing lists.
  • Huge plus if you have experience with intent data or signal based tools.
  • Huge plus if you have a background in market research or consulting
