Job Description

Sales Development Representative connecting with prospects to drive business growth for Paystone. Focused on lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline with a remote work setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential customers that match Paystone’s ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach through phone, email, and social media, including 80+ dials per day.
  • Research companies and decision-makers to personalize your outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads before passing them to Account Executives.
  • Complete live call transfers to Account Executives when prospects are ready to engage.
  • Manage leads and activities in the CRM, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Partner with Account Executives to support territory planning and pipeline growth.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Share ideas, market insights, and best practices with the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, or lead generation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confidence speaking with prospects by phone and the ability to explain value clearly.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet activity and performance targets, including a goal of 4 qualified meetings per week.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and personal accountability.
  • Comfort using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Ability to research target markets, identify opportunities, and tailor outreach.
  • BTS, DTS, Licence, or an equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset.
