Job Description
Sales Development Representative driving Employment Hero's EOR revenue by solving talent shortages through borderless hiring. Engaging with businesses to facilitate their international hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Mining the "Hero" Base: You will proactively identify expansion signals within our existing 300,000+ customers. You’ll reach out to companies currently using our payroll/HR tech and show them how to take their first step into international markets.
- Strategic Outbounding: Beyond our existing base, you are empowered to hunt for new logos. You will target high-growth companies that aren't yet on Employment Hero but are hiring internationally and need a compliant EOR partner.
- The "Contractor-to-Employee" Pivot: Using your recruitment/HR lens, you’ll find companies misclassifying global contractors and consult them on the compliance and retention benefits of moving to a full-time EOR model.
- Full-Funnel Collaboration: You’ll partner with Account Executives to bridge the gap between a "curious lead" and a "global employer," ensuring a seamless transition for the customer.
Requirements:
- Sales or Recruitment Background: You’ve spent 12+ months in 360 recruitment or a fast-paced Sales role.
- You are comfortable making 50+ calls a day and know how to navigate "gatekeepers" to reach decision-makers.
- Dual-Track Mindset: You are comfortable juggling warm account management (upselling) with the grit required for outbound prospecting (new business).
- Communication & Storytelling: You don't just "pitch features." You tell the story of how a 10-person startup can become a global 100-person powerhouse using our EOR platform.
- Tech-Savvy Hunter: You are eager to master Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to automate your outreach and maximize your "at-bats."
