Job Description
Sales Development Representative generating new business opportunities in the DACH market. Conducting cold calls and qualifying leads while maintaining CRM records.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the DACH market
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Present company products/services effectively to decision-makers
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Build strong relationships with potential customers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
- Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level required)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling objections
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
