Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through personalized emails, calls, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fine-tune our approach based on real-world feedback.

  • Aim to surpass monthly targets, in numbers and the quality of relationships and opportunities created.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development or related roles in tech or construction tech environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
