Job Description

Sales Development Representative recruiting clients in the retail technology sector. Utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve growth targets in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
  • Update client data and communications within Salesforce CRM
  • Conduct software product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology
  • Become a subject matter expert across our product suite and digital media industry
  • Support sales and account management teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales experience (experience with selling digital media, e-commerce, technology platforms and/or a Software-as-a-Service solution is a plus)
  • Experience making high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and decision makers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard-working, self-motivated, reliable and ethical
  • Ability to multi-task, set and adjust priorities is critical
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred, but not required
