Job Description

Sales Director managing commercial introduction of Elephas diagnostic test in healthcare. Driving adoption among providers and establishing long-term growth strategies with oncologists.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting cancer centers and academic institutions.
  • Articulate the value proposition to oncologists, pathologists, and business leaders.
  • Position the CLIA test and Elephas Live Platform as a key solution.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value institutions and medical offices.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and educate them on scientific and economic value.
  • Collaborate with marketing for communications and KOL engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and team management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology, such as CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel US/internationally as required.
