Job Description
Sales Director responsible for building TRG’s US government business from ground up. Defining strategies for public sector sales to law enforcement agencies in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Build the US public-sector sales motion from scratch, including territory definition, target accounts, and initial pipeline
- Drive market penetration and first wins across federal and state & local law-enforcement agencies
- Lead complex, long-cycle public-sector sales processes, from first contact to deal closure
- Close new business and onboard early US customers for Intellectus, TRG’s intelligence platform
- Develop and refine US-specific value propositions aligned with investigative, intelligence, and law-enforcement use cases
- Establish and manage initial partner and agent relationships in the US market
- Navigate procurement environments typical to the US public sector (direct sales, pilots, evaluations, RFPs, etc.)
- Work closely with product, pre-sales, and leadership to shape the US go-to-market approach
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in federal and SLED organizations
- Lay the foundation for a scalable, repeatable US sales process over time
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling to US government or law-enforcement customers, at the federal and/or state & local (SLED) level
- Demonstrated experience in market entry, early-stage sales, or building a territory from zero
- Background selling intelligence, investigative, analytics, data fusion, OSINT, surveillance, or law-enforcement technology solutions
- Ability to operate independently and create momentum without an existing pipeline or brand presence
- Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder public-sector deals
- Familiarity with US public-sector procurement and buying dynamics
- Strong communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and high ownership
- Team player with a strong can-do attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
