Job Description

Sales Enablement Manager at Phreesia empowering client-facing teams with tools and training. Collaborating with sales and marketing to enhance productivity and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Empower client-facing teams with the tools, training, and insights they need to create meaningful impact.
  • Lead the development, coordination, and rollout of enablement programs for new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Create, refine, and manage sales playbooks, presentations, SOPs, job aids, Confluence resources, and other collateral that support client-facing teams.
  • Design and coordinate foundational training, ongoing upskilling initiatives, and certification programs.
  • Identify and surface the right tools, resources, and collateral at the right time.
  • Conduct market research, gather stakeholder and customer feedback, and regularly observe team interactions to understand challenges, opportunities, and emerging needs.
  • Contribute to the Sales Enablement roadmap, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement initiatives that increase productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Sales, Customer Solutions, Sales Enablement, Account Management, Program Management, Adult Learning, Education, or related roles, ideally within technology industries
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
